WARRINGTON INNOVATION NETWORK

CHIEF MEDICAL OFFICER

You have a vision of what you want to achieve, but not necessarily the time, operational support or business know-how to get there. Without the required clinical leadership and management support in place, working at this level and developing your Primary Care Network (PCN) can be challenging, time-consuming and costly.

TRAINING

This course is an immediate start, working at your own pace for 16 weeks

We will help you clarify your Primary Care Network goals and your role in achieving these.

Receive practical tools and resources to support you in running your network's daily operations.

  • Have you been in your PCN role for less than 6 months?

  • Are you unsure what is expected of you?

  • Have you noticed low engagement?

  • Feeling overwhelmed?

  • Looking for training or support?

  • Could you benefit from mentorship with an experienced PCN Manager?

Transitioning to a general practice partner includes taking on new responsibilities for a GP Surgery, for the staff members, for the performance of the GP Surgery, and any liabilities.

This commitment requires the development of specific skills to be a successful partner, and this training programme will provide those skills.

This programme is for anyone who is a new partner in a GP practice or considering becoming a partner in a GP practice and wanting to:

  • Build their leadership and learn new skills

  • Further understand business management and understand how to take your GP Practice to an outstanding level

  • Have access to peer support and learning, and to our core facilitators who, between them, offer a wealth of knowledge, expertise and experience
