You have a vision of what you want to achieve, but not necessarily the time, operational support or business know-how to get there. Without the required clinical leadership and management support in place, working at this level and developing your Primary Care Network (PCN) can be challenging, time-consuming and costly.
This course is an immediate start, working at your own pace for 16 weeks
We will help you clarify your Primary Care Network goals and your role in achieving these.
Receive practical tools and resources to support you in running your network's daily operations.
Have you been in your PCN role for less than 6 months?
Are you unsure what is expected of you?
Have you noticed low engagement?
Looking for training or support?
Could you benefit from mentorship with an experienced PCN Manager?
