Leadership and management
Communication (written, verbal, presentation, influencing and negotiation)
Planning (time and organisational management)
Problem-solving and creative thinking
The intentional project manager (PM) will know and hone their strengths.They may specialise in a sector, work stream, product, service, process or may have technical knowledge.
Knowing their strengths will enable the intentional PM to only take on projects that align with their skills and strengths that will support them to deliver tremendous value through their wealth of knowledge, experience and passion for their chosen area.
