Using the broadest of descriptions, a project manager is someone who is responsible for planning, execution and managing the people, resources and scope of a project and these wonderful and special people 😊 can be utilised and valued in any industry.

Built on a solid foundation that includes:

The intentional project manager (PM) will know and hone their strengths. They may specialise in a sector, work stream, product, service, process or may have technical knowledge.
