What are your priorities for the next 30 days?

I hope you all had a fantastic Christmas and New Year, and had a much needed and well-deserved break.

During my break away from work, I have been thinking a lot about my priorities and what I want to achieve this year, and on my list for a while has been finishing off an academic article and getting it published in the London Journal of Primary Care.

So… in order to start this year strong, my priorities for January are to carve out some time to get this done (along with serving our clients).

Anything else that tries to distract my attention from these two areas will have to be scheduled/considered for a later date. I know this will be easier said than done but I am determined to make this happen no matter what.

Having set your goals for 2018 as discussed in my previous blog post The Top 5 Things Every Project Manager Should Do Before The 31st December;

  • What are you going to prioritise in the next 30 days to help get your year off to a great start?

  • What are you going to say no to, break an old pattern and start anew? It can be as big or as small as you like.

  • What are you going to say yes to that will push you out of your comfort zone?

Let’s do this together

Let’s be focused

Let's start 2018 as we mean to go on
