The post holder will work with Clinical Directors and the leadership within a Primary Care Network (PCN) to create a vision to guide service improvements, identify opportunities to make tangible positive transformation and provide the inspiration, expertise and leadership to deliver changes collaboratively. The post holder will support this vision to be developed in alignment with ICS strategy.
The post holder will work closely with staff working at practices, such as practice managers and staff at the PCN to understand current service models, identify challenges, agree priorities for improvement and then support these to be delivered.
The post holder will develop strong relationships with their local PCN practices and support the planning and delivery of improvements that will benefit patients and staff.

Job summary
This is a role established to support the PCN Business Manager in carrying out day-to-day activities and to provide an element of cover or source of advice in the event of their absence.
The post-holder will work closely with, and under the direction of, the PCN Business Manager to improve standards across a wide range of clinical and administrative activity. The position is suitable for someone who wishes to demonstrate initiative and to develop their own skills further with a view to progression.
Interviews will be held on Thursday 7th March.
Main duties of the job
Supporting the PCN Business Manager in the day-to-day operations of the PCN andproject work
Collate data to understand Practice capacity performance measures and look at triage processes across all Practices
Convene meetings, prepare agendas and paperwork, take minutes and ensure distribution of minutes as necessary.
Monitoring compliance with health and safety legislation, providing information and direction for staff
Assist with production and upkeep of Business procedures manuals and toolkit.
To be the first line of contact for patients with respect to the complaints procedure and to take appropriate action as set out in the Business complaints procedure.
Participating in preparing the limited company for CQC

Implement and assist in the management of HR system for staff employed by PHD Ltd
To be responsible for the maintenance of the holiday register for non-clinical staff
Assist in data collection and management of contracts held by PHD Ltd.
Maintaining the complaints and significant eventsdatabase and theCorporate Risk Register.
The post holder will also work closely with the Directors and management team of PHD Ltd.
About the PCN
Primary Healthcare Derby Ltd is a newly formed company owned by the 28 GP practices within the Derby City area.
The 28 practices form 5 PCNs, Derby City North PCN being one of these.
