Are you a busy Clinical Director who requires support in the development of your Primary Care Network?

Do you have a vision for where you'd like your PCN to go but have very little time to implement this?

Would you like to have more time to focus on leadership, bringing practices together and bringing your colleagues on board?

Do you wish you could be freed up from some of the more operational aspects of running the PCN that you know less about?

By providing practical hands-on support, we work alongside Clinical Directors and Primary Care Network leadership teams to:

  • Create and implement your business and organisational development plans.

  • Set up systems and processes to create effective and efficient operations, (i.e. reporting, financial management, communications, recruitment processes).

  • Facilitate network meetings.

  • Keep network members up-to-date with local and national PCN developments by creating newsletters, facilitating engagement events, meetings and forums, creating copy for websites and social media.

  • Supporting the implementation of network wide contracts.

By working with us, we will release you from the management and administration required to run your network, giving you more time to lead.

We are a small (but mighty) team who loves primary care and when we are not working directly with our clients, we are hosting the Business of Healthcare Podcast and are writing a blog - we currently have over 180 blog articles.
