  • Set up systems and processes to create effective and efficient operations, (i.e. Reporting, financial management, communications, recruitment processes).

  • Facilitate network meetings.

  • Keep network members up to date with local and national PCN developments by creating newsletters, facilitating engagement events, meetings and forums, creating copy for websites and social media.

  • Supporting the implementation of network wide contracts.

We are equipped to provide our services virtually, but with a personal touch

so we'll still be with you every step of the way.

We support Kent, Medway Surrey, Sussex and London in the setup, daily management of networks and the implementation of complex projects involving multiple organisations. 

We work with Primary Care Networks, GP Federations, Training Hubs, and NHS England. Most recently, we have led the implementation of the following schemes across 42 general practices:

  • A £1m Proactive Frailty Local Incentive Scheme (LIS)

  • Integrated Care Home Scheme 

  • Integrated Referral Management and Advice & Guidance LIS

We have also led an Integrated Nursing Home Scheme aligning one practice to one nursing home across 16 providers and a centralised flu call and recall service.

By working with us, we will release you from the management and administration required to run your network, giving you more time to lead.

We are a small (but mighty) team who loves primary care and when we are not working directly with our clients, we are hosting the Business of Healthcare Podcast and are writing a blog - we currently have over 150 blog articles.
