Job Title:         Marketing Manager

 

Reports to:      The Managing Director

 

Hours:              37.5 hours per week

 

Salary:              Negotiable

 

Base:                Clover House, Whitstable

 

Background:

THC Primary Care is a fast-growing consultancy and project management company based in Whitstable specialising in supporting primary care across London, Kent, Surrey and Sussex. Currently, we are supporting over 200 general practice surgeries through the development of Training Hubs, Clinical Commissioning Groups and GP Federations, and we are looking to expand our team and hire a Marketing Manager.


This is a fun and varied role, and we are looking for someone who wants to; learn new skills, put their creative flair on things and raise the profile of THC.

 

Job Purpose:

To provide marketing and business development support to raise the visibility of THC and to increase the client portfolio.

 

Main responsibilities include:

  • To produce and market the weekly podcast

  • To look for strategic partnerships to expand the reach of the podcast

  • To compile the THC weekly newsletter

  • To increase the THC email list

  • To edit the THC weekly blog

  • To update and maintain the THC and client websites

  • To manage the THC and client social media accounts 

  • To edit videos 

  • To create graphics using Canva

  • To proof-read documents

  • To support THC and client communications

  • To capture contact details and build a CRM system

  • To provide administrative support to the team as and when required

  • To lead marketing campaigns on behalf of THC’s clients

(Podcast Training will be given)

Strong IT skills are a must. An overview of the IT we use is below:
Currently, we use Outlook, Gmail and NHS emails, the bookkeeping software Xero, the meeting invite tool doodle, MailChimp, Eventbrite, the project management tool Asana, Audacity, Grammarly, LastPass, Wix, Zoom, LinkedIn, Instagram and Twitter.

 

Attention to detail and proofreading
We write documents that go out to over 200 practices, Clinical Commissioning Groups, Health Education England and NHS England. Every document must be error-free and read well. The documents we write can be lengthy and repetitive, but you need to read every single word thoroughly and carefully.
