Job title: Office Administrator
Reports to: The Managing Director
Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Base: Clover House, Whitstable.
Salary: £18,000
Background:
THC is a fast-growing Consultancy specialising in primary care across London, Kent, Surrey and Sussex with our office based in Whitstable.
Currently, we are supporting over 150 general practice surgeries through the development of Community Education Provider Networks (CEPNs), Clinical Commissioning Groups and GP Federations.
Job Purpose:
The Office Administrator will support the team’s day to day project activities.
Main Responsibilities include:

Minute taking and following up actions as appropriate

Developing project documentation and preparation of progress updates for clients

Developing project communications and information resources
-
Acting as the main point of contact for enquiries
-
Creating email communications
-
Any other tasks as agreed
-
Organising meetings and workshops
To be successful in this role, you will need to be professional, organised, flexible and have excellent verbal and written communication skills. We are also looking for someone with a desire to work in a growing organisation and relaxed office environment.

Important
Strong IT skills are a must. An overview of the IT we use is below:
Currently, we use three outlook email addresses and 2 NHS emails, the bookkeeping software Xero, the meeting invite tool doodle poll, MailChimp, Eventbrite, the project management tool Asana, Grammarly, LastPass, Wix, Zoom, LinkedIn and Twitter.
Attention to detail and proofreading
We write documents that go out to over 150 practices, Clinical Commissioning Groups, Health Education England and NHS England. Every document must be error-free and read well. You need to be my second pair of eyes.
The documents we write can be lengthy and repetitive, but you need to read every single word thoroughly and carefully.
