You will not be asked to present your business to the room. Instead, you will work through a series of thought-provoking business questions with one carefully selected partner: a complementary organisation, not a direct competitor.

Every application is reviewed and the room is carefully curated, creating a focused environment for honest thinking, useful challenge and relevant connections.
Who is this day for?
Your organisation provides products or services to general practice, PCNs or the wider primary care sector.
You want greater clarity about your positioning, clients, marketing or commissioning model.
You are ready to examine what is working, what is not and where your business should go next.
You can attend with a team of two to four people, including relevant sales or client-facing colleagues.

We recommend attending with at least two people from your organisation. Some of the workshop activities are designed for colleagues to work together, and bringing members of your sales or client-facing team will help you turn the day’s insights into action.
