At THC Primary Care, we keep track of the events shaping primary care so you do not have to.
From now through to October, there is a strong run of conferences for PCN leaders, Clinical Directors, practice managers and the wider primary care team.
Let's jump in!

Pathfinder Digital Transformation Summit | 2 June 2026 | London
Together Venues, 88 Wood Street, Central London
A one-day, delivery-focused event run by Pathfinder in collaboration with Modality. It brings together GPs, GP partners, NHS leaders, commissioners, policymakers and digital innovators to look at real-world digital transformation across primary care, outpatient services and the wider integrated care system.
Expect keynotes, panel discussions and delegate showcases of transformation already underway, with selected delegates presenting their own case studies. Free for NHS and policy colleagues, with in person and livestream options.
When to Refer to Occupational Health | 4 June 2026 | Online
THC Primary Care webinar, 13:00 to 14:00 BST
Our own session for PCN leaders, practice managers and anyone in primary care who refers staff to occupational health, manages someone returning from sickness absence, or is supporting a neurodivergent colleague. Around 90% of occupational health referrals in primary care are now for stress, anxiety and neurodivergence rather than physical health, and that shift has changed what occupational health is for.
We will cover what occupational health is actually for, how to frame a referral so it supports both the employee and the employer, how to read and act on a report when the advice does not match the reality of general practice, and where the capability conversation begins and how to hold it well. Led by HR specialist Joanne Harding and GP and occupational health doctor Dr Shoby Sathananthan, hosted by Tara Humphrey.
