The National PCN Management Survey Report 2022/23

In the latter half of 2022, THC Primary Care conducted the first National Primary Care Network (PCN) Management Survey to better understand the current state and future needs of those in a PCN management or an administrative position.

The report will not only present the findings from the survey but provide insight and recommendations for those working within these positions.

I'm Tara; I am the founder of THC Primary Care, an award-winning healthcare consultancy specialising in Primary Care Network Management and the host of the Business of Healthcare Podcast, where we have published over 200 episodes.

I have over 20 years of project management and business development experience across the private and public sectors, and I have supported over 80 PCNs by providing interim management, training and consultancy.
