This resource has been created for those in our PCN members club and features an editable 13 -slide PowerPoint explainer for a PCN leader to walk their network through NHS England's MNP/SNP neighbourhood contract consultation (published 16 July 2026, closes 10 September 2026).

It's built for a group that wants to answer the consultation together: it explains what's being proposed, the four routes / two contracts, the pros and cons of each, where the money comes from, the open questions, and includes the four MNP Contract questions they need to complete, plus how to submit one coordinated response.
